Positions – minimum 2
For each of the 3 rounds a category will be drawn from the lottery and the athletes have to perform a jump according to the category to get the highest possible score.
Each athlete will perform 3 times, and only the best two tricks will count. These two tricks must each contain different combinations.
Double Trouble (Womens Final)
Double Trouble takes place on a 15m pro track, followed by a double mini trampoline to the landing area. The discipline has a duration of 10 minutes in which the athlete can do as many tries as they want. At the end of the 10 minutes the 2 highest scores of each gymnast will count.
These two tricks must each contain different combinations.
The gymnasts do not need to participate throughout the 10 minutes. They just need to have 2 counting scores. If a gymnast wants to pass a round, they must signal that to the judges and speaker, when it would have been their turn.
The Plateau vol. 2.0
In the Plateau discipline, the gymnasts will be competing against each other on an equipment setup consisting of: A trampet → raised (90 cm), 6m airtrack → Bigtramp (floorlevel) → 10m pro track→Landing area. The discipline has a duration of 10 minutes in which the gymnasts can do as many tries as they want. At the end of the 10 minutes the 2 highest scores of each gymnast will count.
These two tricks must each contain different combinations.

Crew
The Countdown
In the discipline The Countdown, each team will compete with 5 athletes. The competition takes place within 12 minutes, on a 5+20 meter airtrack to the landing area. The 4 teams alternate in having an athlete perform a trick.
The teams continue taking turns, until the time runs out. When the time runs out, the round will be completed, ensuring that all teams have an equal amount of tricks.
The Challenge
In the discipline The Challenge, the 4 teams compete against each other on the mini-trampoline, through 4 different Challenges. Each Challenge has a Theme/criteria that must be met. If the criteria is not met, it will result in a ridiculously low score. Each team will perform 2 tricks in Challenge 1-3. These has to be performed by 2 different athletes.
A specific athlete must participate at least once and maximum twice in this discipline. Once in challenge 1-3 and once in Level 4 (The team round). The challenge will be executed in the order 1-4.
The different challenges are as follows:
- Signature move: Show a skill that is unique for you, or that you think you’re just the best at doing.
- Trippel with 1,5 twist: No more or less than 3 somersaults and 1,5 twists pr. gymnast. How you arrange them is up to you.
- Big shot: Should be self explanatory… But if you’re in doubt, then go BIG!
- Team round: 6 gymnasts are to participate in a team round.
The teams decide which jumps they want to do in a team round. The jumps in a team round don’t have to be the same.
The Playground
In this discipline an equipment setup will be at the athletes disposal. All teams have had the opportunity to train on the setup beforehand.
Each team will alternate in performing on this setup for 1 min 15. sec. There are no restrictions on the use of the setup.
The music will be chosen by FACEOFF and revealed to the teams beforehand.
The Plateau vol. 2.0
In the discipline Plateau vol. 2, each team will compete with 4 athletes. The competition takes place on a setup consisting of: A trampet → raised (90 cm), 6m pro track → Bigtramp (floor level) → 9m pro track→Landing area.
The 4 teams alternate in having an athlete perform a trick, starting with the lowest ranking team.
Each gymnast has to perform 2 tricks on the discipline and the highest score will count towards the teams total.
The Battle
In the final discipline “The Battle” the two leading teams will duel for the final victory.
In case of a tie the tied teams will enter a sudden death. This will be a team round consisting of 4 gymnasts on the Plateau. After each team has performed their round, the judges will vote on which team they think won the sudden death.
The Battle takes place on a 12,5×12,5m airtrack. The teams will alternate in performing various tricks, and will remain off the track when not performing. In each round the teams will have 2 turns on the airtrack. These turns are not restricted with a time limit.
All tricks, performances and collaborative ideas are allowed. The teams are not allowed to use the foampit for landing.
